Conference: From the Ground Up

Conference: From the Ground Up

Event description provided by the organizer, From the Ground Up:

What is the cooperative movement’s vision for our economy? How can we protect land and homes from market speculation? How can that land form the basis of a new economy beyond capitalism, one based on our living and ecological needs?

Join us for our conference with discussions, workshops, film screenings, artistic and cultural activities. Participate in the awakening of a movement for the community control of land, housing, and the economy based on values of participatory democracy.
